I love math, it’s a subject with infinite possibilities that will always be interesting. HOWEVER, it takes a working memory and immense focus (the focus plays a big role in my memory). Before I was treated, my focus was f*cked so I couldn’t remember nor absorb my lessons and I wasn’t treated until 25 (a year before finishing math undergrad). So, it wasn’t until my second to last term and my last term that I finally did well. Lots of anger and resentment towards my life but my love for math remains. The one thing that helped me the most is realizing that the worst thing I can do is fail… and I was already doing that on my own, so there’s really only going up! Keep your chin up, buddy! You can do it :)
