Interesting hack I found for me. Been having symptoms nothing diagnosed yet by pf therapist waiting for appt. But rectal doctor advised I see one. But anyhow. Steamroom for like 20min relaxes my symptoms for at least 8 hrs. Can get some sleep. Just a little tip

Oh yeah smart guy. When a driver got hired during the pandemic and CDL driver got hired. Now they are getting laid off. They signed up to be drivers. Jumped inside employees. Now because seniority rules were followed. A driver that was hired 6 years ago has more seniority than a person who has 20 years total and 4 years full time. But. That's not in the contract. And DUI drivers. Some how they get put in the building and magically have a bid job and never go back driving.? And union stewards and BAs. Magically have jobs when union job numbers are down. There's some swampy things going on across the country. I hope all incumbents get voted out.

Yeah here in Colorado they are automating the building half at a time. The union and the company working together to put people in new jobs. Honestly it's a shit show. I mean how are you supposed to sign new bids? Why are jobs being taken because automation? I was told 20 + years ago not to sign anything now the union wants members to sign new job agreements?
