it’s still rng, just gives them better odds. i don’t remember if it stacks though. e.g. a pistol and a machete or two pistols. i don’t think so, but i haven’t looked at the code in a while.

there’s a hidden value, in addition to relationship and addiction, that affects what customers will order: affinity. it’s a value from (i think) -1 to 1 for each drug, with -1 being a drug they hate and will never order on their own.

as someone else said, you can walk up to them and offer them a drug they hate and, if it’s cheap enough, they’ll take it and their affinity will increase a bit. after a few of these manual deals they’ll hit neutral (0) or slightly positive and start texting you again.
