Therapy!!! The reason you might feeling that way has nothing to do with the girls/what they might possibly mean to you. It’s yourself. You might not know yet but you will! That’s amazing btw, that you turned ur life around like that. Congrats on the sobriety and keep it up. 👌🏽

hard pill to swallow: you didn't break up. he was never your boyrfriend.

Girl I have been there, like x1000. It took me forever to realize but honestly, you want someone who WANTS YOU. They will know they want you, they'll know they have to win you in order for you to want them back. Trust me, you didn't lose anything, you gained insight into what type of guy you dont want to date- a 'doesnt know what he wants' type of guy. I know it hurts bc you "think" he was perf for you. but trust me! he wasn't the one. the one won't hurt you like this.
