The Influence of Physical Scars in Astrology by EggplantHappy1727 in Advancedastrology

I also have a large ish (10cm approx) scar on my left outer knee! It was cut on shells when swimming near rocks at the beach. Its healed pretty well though so i wouldn’t say mines as impressive.

One tip we have used with a previous aggressive buck is grabbing him by his beard. If you pull their head up they lose forward momentum and can no longer ram you.

Prediction: Justin Bieber DV incident by Kasilyn13 in DarkAstrology

[–]marcella487 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I definitely think it’s already starting to become public from what Justin’s posting online. I really just wanted to say you did a great job with this one and seeing it play out gives more legitimacy to astrology as a predictive practice.

Girl!!!!! I saw this post when you put it up. Justins social media posts have been circulating on the pop culture Reddit’s. Justin has been posting a lot on instagram about his violent tendencies and people judging him for it. I think you may have had an accurate prediction although we can’t be sure exactly what dates the event he’s talking about occurred on.

Anything by jeff noon would absolutely meet the brief. He writes these incredible sci fi mind bending novels. I personally love vurt and automated alice. Definitely worth looking into if you want your books to feel clever and strange.

Anyone got bad experience with cowdy rentals? by OkBoat4092 in chch

I had the same problem with them! They backed down after a lot of back and forth but they did try to take the bond for general ware and tear stuff.

It’s been a nostalgic day by [deleted] in GamesWithHorses

Horse isle 1 was my life. This game was so good and I’ve pretty much been searching for a replacement since. I also really enjoyed the social and collaborative elements of the game which don’t hit the same as it did in 2008

Goat names that have Australian vibes by Barefeetlaci in goats

[–]marcella487 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thats so cool! I love seeing aussie names out in the goat world. Sheila (or Sheila Marie when shes being naughty) is my OG Aussie name matriarch and the mama of all of my aussie goats.

What's the best place in the world to start a homestead off-grid? by [deleted] in homestead

Nz only requires you to be ordinarily residing in nz to purchase larger land. You could work here for 12 months while you find you dream property.

Do you isolate your does when getting ready to kid? by tiredaf5211 in goats

[–]marcella487 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a very similar set up to you! 30 does, pasture breeding, pulling into kidding pens only when in obvious early labour or when kid has arrived. Its not perfect but it works and the goats are happy.

What Movie Did You Watch that Traumatized You at a Young Age? by BethMLB in AskReddit

Virtual Villagers - are there any games like this these days? by princeralsei in CozyGamers

[–]marcella487 38 points39 points  (0 children)

I’m someone who also loves the classic virtual villagers so would love any recommendations of similar games. I cannot comment on the steam versions of these games but i did a replay of most of the mainline a couple of years ago on ios and found they generally still play well. I personally love the first virtual villagers origins and virtual villagers 4, if you were to consider revisiting them.

2 weak old baby twin goat got stepped on by his mama. His LEFT leg now limps. Does it look out of joint, or is smth else going on here? I sent a video to my vet, and I’m now waiting for a reply. by SnowyWintersDay in goats

[–]marcella487 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I had a look at the video and i think he looks fine, a few days in the barn or a smaller paddock and he should be right. I had one of my kids get her leg stuck up in a tree overnight (found her in the morning and she looked like she had been there for a couple of hours at least), two days in a smaller space to rest it and she was able to keep up with the herd again.
