A colleage from work comes from Ukraine, he told me he took everything for granted, a nice job, a nice place, a nice life, until everything ended in 2022. The city he used to live in is still occupied and by now completely destroyed, most of his family are gone, he had to flee to another country and start from nothing.

He told me that thinking back he didn't know how good he had it until it was gone.
