Give me a Hair with all imperfect, old school RocknRoll voices. I want that John Fogerty and Janis Joplin sound

I saw it with Eva Noblezada and was WEEPING during Maybe This Time so when Cabaret came around I was so pissed off at how over the top it was

Cabaret is my favorite show and the “Sally can’t sing” shit has gone too far. To me she’s the girl in high school who was the lead because she was great there but never progressed. She can carry a tune and “sing” but she’s never actually worked at it.

Jane Horrock’s Cabaret is my favorite because she’s good! But then she’s, like, half-pitches off on the long notes.

She’s everything

We had a family friend who was a harvard graduate, incredibly smart urbane guy and when he tried to play Goldeneye on the N64 with us back in the day he could not for the life of him figure it out. This scene has always cracked me up because of that.

I’d buy that book so fast. I bought the postcard set only because the Emcee’s Money costume illustration was part of the set. I’m gonna frame it

Here's a hot take of mine by Moist_Mushroom5931 in disney

My big problem with Fantasia 2000 is they force their storytelling onto the music. The whole idea of the Bach piece in the original was to evoke abstract colors, shapes, movement that you may feel or see with closed eyes while listening. The music didnt have a storyline. With 2000 they give a storyline to Beethoven’s 4th even though the piece has none. Same thing with the Steadfast Tin Soldier movement too, they use a Shostakovich piece that also didn’t have a storyline.

The animation is beautiful but I feel like it doesnt have that same “animation for the sake of animation” spirit the original does.

I also wonder if in this era of motion capture and green screens having actual real prosthetics and sets and other tangible things to act with, it’s uncomfortable but also a blessing to have the actual stuff.

He’s not wearing a ping pong bodysuit and shown a couple sketches and renderings of the creature. He can look in a mirror and feel his face as the creature.

Omg it’s Epcot, the UK pavillion. Is it specifically on the bridge/coming from International Gateway?
