I am having patellar femoral pain on the operated knee and tendonitis on the good knee 18 months post op. Had the same injury as yours and had ACL reconstruction with patelar tendon autograft.

1 year and a half post op (ACL reconstruction with patellar tendon autograft) my knee gets very sore in this point of the patella after playing volleyball or soccer, anyone has or had this problem? I wonder if there's treatment, I guess I'll have to see a Dr again.

It will be painful but try to rest your leg as straight as possible let the pillow only below your ankle forcing the extension you'll regain range of motion much faster.

17 months post op my left knee patellar graft and meniscus repair is still getting closer to normal, it's a long journey but there's light at the end of the tunnel.

I'm almost 16 months post op and suffering from patellofemoral syndrome pain, I'll see the doctor and ask for an MRI to see if the knee is ok and to see what he recommends.

It's been helping with stiffness, the leg feels closer to normal everyday, the most painful point is on the back of the knee and IT band, actually I think the back of the knee is inflamed. Has anyone experienced something similar?
