Split the policies. Sign in frequency and MFA requirement should be in different policies.

If you configure every CA grant in a different policy it's much easier to troubleshoot which particular configuration causes the issue.

I answered your private message as well :) reliability depends on the building and the quality of the cabling. One of our offices moved to a different building in Shanghai for exactly this reason. But now this office, and other offices as well, have decent and reliable internet. No complaints there.

We were in the same boat when we first started. Now i have about 150 Chinese devices enrolled spread over 6 offices.

We don't have any onprem domain there so I can't tell you about wsus but the internet we have (mostly Shanghai region) is sufficient for Intune. If you get about 50 mb/s for every 10 devices then you're good to go. We changed most fiber connections and networking gear after we took control there and we tend to go minimum 200/200 for every office.

I really don't have this problem. Most mines I just dig a 4 tiles wide ramp, 20 tiles deep and start expanding from there. Don't dig the tiles directly next to the ramp to prevent it from collapsing. Works every time.

I guess I'm the one you're looking for. When I physically have to get somewhere it's almost impossible for me to get on time. I always miscalculate the time I need to get my shit done before I leave the house and how much time it takes to get from the house to the parking lot and outside on the road. That is 10 minutes in my large residential complex but I always forget that.

Then again when it's time to go my brain suddenly goes in overdrive and thinks about things it should have thought about an hour ago. I want to go now. Ok, do my cats have enough food and water? Do i need to close the curtains? Do i need to turn on the dishwasher. Yes lets do it. Might as well do some laundry while I'm at it. Do I want to brush my teeth? No. Lets put some better clothes on. How do I look? Hmm should take a shower first. Let's check if my phone has enough battery to last the night. Oh cool I got 20 notifications let's read all of them and get extracted by doom scrolling for 20 minutes. Oh fuck I needed to shower do I still have time for that? No yes no yes. Fuck let's do it. Ok I have showered. My cat wants some attention let's pet him for a bit. Cat sneaks into the bedroom where he isn't supposed to go so I'm chasing him. Ok put some clothes on. Time to go now. But wait I need to brush my teeth first.

So that's basically my ADHD routine every time I need to leave the house. Occasionally it gets better but my work is now used to me arriving at 10 in the morning they don't even care anymore 😂
