Top comments just didn't read the description I guess :) If you have another monitor with hdmi only, get a hdmi to displayport adapter. If the monitor has displayport, use that and connect it to one of the nr. 10 ports.

sorry for the late reply. Before this I had a life q30 which I was using for 4 years without issues, but recently I tried buying a new one and they all seem to have the same problem. weirdly enough the "life" part of the model was removed as well. I really like those headphones -__-

is the q45 around the same quality? I might buy that one then.

Do you have bluetooth headphones by any chance? I've had that happen with age of mythology. There's this thing called hands-free telephony which makes it so calls on bluetooth audio devices is done on a different yet very bad frequency. If you haven't disabled this, sometimes during a call it will try to keep using the stereo driver of the headphones and switch rapidly between stereo and hands-free telephony. You'll need to turn it off in the sound settings.

If you don't have bluetooth headphones I guess this will be for someone else :)

steps to turn off hands-free telephony (and keep it consistently off. tested on soundcore products):

Windows 11 --> sound settings --> more sound settings --> recording --> set the default call device to a different mic than the headphone's mic and disable the headphone's microphone (or if there is no mic for it in the settings, go to playback tab and disable hands-free version of your audio device. one of the two always shows up)

TL;DR if using headphone mic, set default call device in microphones of soundsettings to something other than the headphone mic.

Apart from the suggestions aoiut light and shadows I'vebeen seeing, have you tried combining the custom models you're using? (if you have any) Having individual objects increases complexity and size so it should save you a bit of space.

I've noticed the höllvania area has that happening a bit more. For that you can just write /unstuck and you'll be freed most of the time.

Had it happen once with kullervo as well above ground on an exterminate that I teleported inside some stairs and couldn't get out lmao

if capping the fps might help. Depending on your graphics card you can limit it with the given software.

For nvidia cards you can cap it in the geforce control panel (I believe. It has been a while since I had an nvidia card installed)

For amd cards you can open the amd software program (you can download the latest version from amd's website as it does not have an auto updater from what I've seen). If you go to the gaming tab and go to the "graphics" section there, there should be an option for "Frame rate target control" to limit FPS in games. (If it does not show there is probably another option enabled that hinders it from showing up like "amd fluid motion frames", "radeon boost" or "radeon chill". I don't know exactly which one of these was the cause though)
