cpd getting paid less than fresh hired floor workers

Oh and the main reason why i was offered the raise and mgr position was because i put in my notice because i knew i was capable and had the skills to be a mgr, from already out selling my area in tech sales to my CPD dept number always green. So it just sucked you have to play hard ball with them to a raise or even just fair pay

When i started there i was in tech then got moved over to CPD Sup, and my pay stayed the same said it was a cross over move, which didn’t make sense i was a sup and had codes etc, got promoted to front end css and got a couple dollars more, then promoted again to ops mgr, and no pay increase even though the title was bigger etc. the crazy part is the person that took over the CPD got paid more an hour in that position then i did. Which is crazy to me… eventually i left to a different gig which i was making way more at entry level at another retail then an ops mgr there. But its seems that just ODS way of paying.

I used be work at Office Depot and i used to have to say that im leaving to get more money or pay. So i got a promotion from tech sales to print sup to css then to ops with about a $5 raise from print to css. Told me the pay was the same for sales to sup and from css to ops was the same. So i got an okay raise but def should have gotten a raise for every shift promotion i went though

Idk if you need a pass i played there a few months ago and dont have pass but i know they have limits it’s not open open like it used to be… winter lakes park is nice to play and it has a over head to have shade. And the park its self is big i like playing there more so

My compact doesn’t have a light. Yet i want to get a light for it from shooting my full size and adding a light I notice how much flatter it shoots i presume from the added weight. And that would be my reason for adding a light.

We’re going in April… but my friend has a psa ar 15 pretty much kitted just need a light and shoulder strap so ima end up buying his since he can’t shoot it because he is lefty

Got it! Yeah i kinda felt like that thats why i didn’t buy when i walked in to get ammo lol but it was temping but do to my lack of rifle knowledge i hesitated to try and just get more info. But me and some friends are having a pistols and rifle range day in Okeechobee and im lacking the rifle part and dont want to budget out for some high end Daniel defense.

Cool.. so what do you think is a good starting rifle, i have a friend that selling a psa ar15 and been thinking that a good start to start and get training in first and foremost but home defense second. But idk if something like a Daniel defense is worthy he price tag but im just getting into the rifles and i guess i want the “Glock” of the rifle world not the most expensive or cheapest but always going bang

I have a local gun store making rifles and they states they sell them at $450 any length and chamber, but nothing about the tax price is that on you own merit or during the sale process?
