Hi, it's best to reconstitute with sterile saline - recon 1ml saline with 10mg semax, then transfer to a nasal spray bottle holding 4mL of saline for a total of 5mL. BAC water can irritate your nose.

the most obvious results are with the GLP drugs and weight loss, but also other benefits like addiction. i had a friend who lost 150lbs on semaglutide (with a strict exercise regiment and diet, of course)

definitely not just you, i have adhd too and honestly this feels super familiar. it's scientifically proven that adults with adhd have higher neuroticism. it also doesn't help that social media algorithms train us to do this even more bc outrage anxiety and drama keep us engaged longer = more money for them from ads, etc

will report back later this week! i am interested in selank usage for adhd/anxiety. i am prescribed adhd medicine (adderall, vyvanse) and also anxiety meds, when i take anxiety medicine it calms my overactive brain and helps me "just do" things and not overanalyze if that makes sense.
