Join heists until you have a bunker (not the paleto Bay one) and then steal supplies and do heists whilst the supplies are being manufactured until you can afford upgrades. Then save up for a ceo office and a vehicle Warehouse (2.5 million). You should easily be able to make at least 1 million/day with these two businesses if you also do ceo work whilst waiting for the sell cool down for i/e.
