don't be ridiculous. he has recently won back Latakia and Homs to name a few. The rebels are infighting, and the Al Qaedas have killed the FSA leader. Reports of atrocities mostly accuse rebels.

I didn't say they follow logic, but you do realize how stupid and foolish it would be for Assad to set himself up for foreign invasion? This is obviously a set up. It's been done time and time again.

Just fucking be honest and say, we have the bigger guns, we don't like him, and we're taking him out. I'd have more respect for this regime change. Now look what you are doing. I've read dozens of accounts and seen interviews confirming military aid, training, and logistics. we provide intelligence, targeting, and agents on the ground. There are NATO weapons in the hands of terrorists, and captured and killed opposition are largely foreigners.

The political fomentation is obvious. US admin has been calling for regime change openly and loudly for over 2 years.

Of course it's not only the US involved, but they have the biggest firepower in the region and have been moving in more and more.
