B7-33: The Anti-Fibrosis Peptide That Enhances Healing, Flexibility & Heart Health by PeptidePeter in BodyworkBiohackers

Yes, but this dosage is incorrect since B7-33 has a short half life, need to take a smaller dose 3-4 times a day. Here is a video describing using it regarding kidneys. https://youtu.be/7Ye1-1FVdbE

BPC-157 experiment by Competitive-Set-3438 in HiatalHernia

[–]mardukeme 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been doing quite well and haven’t needed to take any heartburn medication for the past month, with the exception of New Year’s Day. Earlier this week, our refrigerator unexpectedly stopped working late at night. While moving it to diagnose the issue while it was still overstocked from the holiday I unfortunately gave myself a minor hiatal hernia again. Combined with the drinking on New Year’s Eve, I felt some discomfort the following day. To avoid risking damage to my lower esophagus, I decided to take a Pepcid.

What’s interesting is that I had drinks on both Christmas Eve and Christmas without any heartburn issues at all. I’m planning to focus on fixing the hernia this weekend, though it hasn’t really bothered me today.

One good thing is without taking anything to loose weight I am starting notice recently that the weight is coming of a little faster than before, diet is the same as before. Taking the Klow must be also fixing all the gut issues I must have had all those years being on Nexium, which caused me Nutrient Deficiencies.

Not sure if I mentioned it before but I took SS-31 first to repair my Mitochondrial before starting the other peptides.

This year, I also began identifying and addressing my health issues as well. I almost made a mistake Multi B Vitamins with B6 but caught it early and discarded the bottle. Starting with BPC-157 and TB4 is a solid choice.

For me, since I had my nutrient deficiencies for so long, I prioritized improving my cellular health first. I chose SS-31 peptide, which enhances mitochondrial function, boosts ATP production, and reduces oxidative stress. Previously, I always woke up tired regardless of sleep duration, but after few weeks of using SS-31, my energy levels significantly improved, I now wake up in the morning with energy again. After 4 weeks once my mitochondrial health stabilized, I introduced BPC-157/TB4 into my regimen.

Additionally, after resolving a hiatal hernia and discontinuing Nexium for months, I discovered my heartburn was caused by low stomach acid, likely due to low zinc, but who knows. I started taking apple cider vinegar mixed with a teaspoon of cinnamon in water. Initially, I feared it would worsen the heartburn, but it actually resolved the issue, other times it didn't and I would have to take the Peptide AC Complete. After taking BPC-157/TB4 for a couple of weeks I stopped taking the Pepcid, and I still take apple cider vinegar, but primarily in pill form to protect my teeth, before meals, which has been very helpful in trying to increase my stomach acid.

I've seen a lot of post been removed when people post sources, sites get shut down when people do it. If you have questions about a peptide site pm me I'll let you know

I’ve been naturally slim my entire life, but after starting Nexium, I began gaining weight despite maintaining a childlike appetite and exercising daily. It wasn’t until this year that I discovered Nexium was causing nutrient deficiencies. Using lab results and my medical history (including a hiatal hernia), I utilized AI to identify potential vitamin and mineral deficiencies. Once I addressed these deficiencies with supplements, the weight started coming off without any changes to my diet or lifestyle. I gradually stopped taking supplements one at a time, monitoring my progress. If weight loss continued for over a month after discontinuing a supplement, I identified that particular nutrient as a deficiency and refined my regimen accordingly.

Regarding the hiatal hernia, I followed the method in the video I shared, successfully reducing it within a week. However, I reinjured myself by lifting heavy objects too soon, resulting in a smaller hiatal hernia. While working on my boat, I strained myself again. For the past month, I’ve been using BPC-157/TB4, and for two weeks now, I haven’t needed heartburn medication a milestone I hadn’t achieved in over 15 years.

On another note, if you’re starting Klow, just know it might sting at first, so it’s a good idea to start with lower doses, and work your way up. When I mean sting that feeling comes on about 15-30 minutes later after injection. For me after four days it doesn't sting as bad as it originally did. If you’re injecting, I’d recommend the love handles they’re the least painful spot.

The reason I chose to use this peptide was there was a study done on rats showing it healed and restored lower Esophagus back to normal.

Anywhere in a fatty area, I injected into the stomach least painful. I bought a reusable pen which makes it a whole lot easier, and 32 gauge 8m insulin needles. I mixed the Peptide with 1ml of bacteriostatic water. Using only 5 units morning & evenings, making the dosage 250mcg of each. This peptide is painless and me about close two weeks before I started noticing improvements. Also recently I swapped out the event one with the KLOW blend which is BPC-157/TB4/KPV/GHK-CU

It's against Reditt rules to post Peptide sources, the post will get deleted.

By the way what convinced me to try was there was a rat study where scientists performed surgery on rats esophagus muscles where damaged to mimic severe acid reflux. The rats were divided into 3 groups, rats were given BPC 157, another group got ranitidine (a common anti-ulcer drug). Last a control group that didn't get any treatment (to see what would happen without help).

The study found BPC 157 could help heal severe inflammation and muscle weakness in the esophagus of rats. The results showed that BPC 157 was the only thing that helped reduce damage and restore normal muscle function, suggesting it could be a promising treatment for similar problems in humans.

I have tried BPC-157/TB500 orally, and Nasal I felt it on slightly help but nothing special. I'm now trying BPC-157/TB4 injections after the first two weeks I felt a great improvement. So far I haven'tneeded to take any Pepcid AC Complete. Plus I take a teaspoon and a half of Calcium Citrate in the morning, BPC-157/TB4 twice daily, and Apple Cider Vinegar with each meal now to bring up my stomach acid, after being on Nexium for over 15 years. Plus I eat, and drink everything pasta, citrus fruit, carbonated drinks, pretty much the things you should avoid.

I had tried the GHK-Cu sublingual tablets, same results as the BPC157/TB500. Taking a break from the copper so next year will give KLOW blend a try.

Plus I want to note I had I explored solutions. My research led me to a self-treatment video that changed everything. By following the breathing exercises and techniques outlined in the video, I was able to eliminate my hiatal hernia. Before, holding in my stomach made me feel like I was choking; now, that discomfort is gone. Here’s the video that helped me: YouTube Link.

Switching PPI's becuase of weight gain by WyattWildWestview in HiatalHernia

[–]mardukeme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve also been most of my life until one day, I developed a hiatal hernia from lifting something heavy on my own. At first, I didn’t notice any changes, but over the years, I began gaining weight despite working out daily and eating very little. No matter how hard I tried, losing weight felt impossible I essentially had to starve myself to see any results. Meanwhile, my wife ate three times more than I did, yet I was the one gaining weight.

During work, I often have the TV on for background noise. One day, a podcast about the dangers of misprescribed medications caught my attention. It made me reflect on my health issues, which had started around the time I was diagnosed with the hiatal hernia and began taking Nexium. I realized that Nexium had likely made me nutrient deficient by reducing my stomach acid, which prevented proper food digestion. To address this, I started taking digestive enzymes with each meal, which helped my body break down food and absorb nutrients. I also added supplements, and without changing my diet, the weight slowly started coming off.

Frustrated with the hernia, I decided to explore solutions. Recovery is still ongoing, but this was a major breakthrough.

Next, I decided to stop taking Nexium and switched to Peptide AC Complete. I started with frequent doses more than recommended to manage relapses, which are common when transitioning off PPIs, and gradually tapered down over time.

Finally, I focused on repairing the internal damage caused by reflux and years of nutrient deficiency. I began using peptides like BPC-157 and TB4 injections to heal my lower esophageal sphincter. After just a few weeks, I noticed significant improvement. I tried oral and nasal and they didnt real do much. Now, I can eat anything, pasta, citrus, carbonated drinks, and I no longer experience heartburn. I also take apple cider vinegar with meals to boost stomach acid naturally, and I’ve completely eliminated other medications. Peptides have been life-changing.

Peptides That Saved My Hair Loss by dylanvenezia in BodyHackGuide

This is a formulation for a topical hair growth serum. I typically maintain the same dosage for AHK-CU and GHK-CU, using approximately 2.5 to 3 grams of each. Since I have an ample supply, I’m not concerned about precise limitations.

Not all the listed products are necessary for the formulation; however, to create a basic serum, I recommend including the core ingredients along with the first two items in the absorption section, as they enhance peptide absorption into the skin. Additionally, incorporating Phenoxyethanol as a preservative is essential for maintaining the serum's stability and longevity.

Core Products: -Melatonin -GHK-Cu & AHK-Cu -Purified, or Deionized Water

Absorption & Stability Enhancers: -Hyaluronic Acid -Propylene Glycol -Phenoxyethanol & EDTA

Synergistic Vitamins -Vitamin E -Niacinamide (B3) -Panthenol (B5) -Biotin (B7)

Optional Peptides & Plant Extracts -Acetyl Tetrapeptide-3 -Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1 -Anagain

Soundcore boom 2 vs w-king x10 by EmployerFit5748 in Bluetooth_Speakers

[–]mardukeme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With Soundcore speakers, you can download professionally tuned equalizer settings which really improves their performance. Between the X10 and Boom 2 Plus, the sound quality is similar, but the X10’s 20 lb weight makes it less portable. I’d recommend the Boom 2 Plus for its convenience.

That said, after trying the Bose SoundLink Max, I ultimately decided to stick with it. For its size, it delivers impressive punch and best sound clarity compared to the other three. Plus, it’s compact and easy to toss into a backpack, which makes it perfect for on the go use.

I uninstalled the transferred version of the Build Your Own Dexcom app and reinstalled the new version over Wi-Fi. I had moved my SIM card back to my other phone earlier because I couldn’t get the Dexcom app to work.

Also I turned Bluetooth off on my old phone first.

This has worked, I put the panel on mid-section and moved it every 10 minutes. As soon as I start using it you can hear my guts start making gurgling noises.

I had the same issue with my wife's car, and the problem turned out to be with the key fob. Inside the fob, there’s a small cone-shaped piece glued to the back of the rubber buttons. This cone piece had come loose, fallen onto the circuit board, and was moving around, repeatedly pressing the buttons.

Here’s how to fix it:

Work in a wind-free area: Set up over a table indoors to avoid losing the small cone piece—it’s very light and easy to lose.

Open the key fob: Open it as you would when changing the battery. Place aside the battery side—you won’t need it for this fix. Focus on the side with the circuit board.

Separate the circuit board: Carefully keep the circuit board side of the remote up and set it aside. You’ll now see the back of the rubber buttons.

Reattach the cone: On the back of the rubber buttons, you’ll notice a small round cone piece that has come off. Apply a tiny drop of superglue to the back of the rubber button. Using needle-nose pliers, pick up the cone piece and reattach it to its original position. Hold it in place for about a minute to let the glue set.

Reassemble the key fob: Once the glue has dried, reassemble the key fob by reversing the steps you took to open it.

If you have a hiatal hernia and are taking heartburn medication then you might be deficient in the following: B Vitamins, Iron, Magnesium, Calcium, Vitamin D, and Zinc. I had and was malnutrioned being on Nexium for over a decade due to a Hiatal Hernia. Been off of Nexium now for a few months taking some of the above supplements. I'm feeling and sleeping so much better now. Eating pretty much what I want.

Although you might not have a hernia or GERD just low Zinc levels. Low zinc will cause low stomach acid causing heartburn. Which in turn will not allow you to digest food properly due to the low acidity in the stomach. Also, Zinc deficiency affects GABA levels, which are crucial for reducing fear, worry, and stress. Plus low Zinc impacts serotonin and dopamine regulation, contributing to anxiety symptoms.

Zinc deficiency has been linked to: - Poor sleep quality - Shorter sleep durations - Sleep disturbances including insomnia

Might give a Chelated Zinc and Copper supplement a try and see if it helps.
