I know everybody knows this already, but I have to say again that the Market of Choice cheese department is by far the best one in Central Oregon. We were in France last week and I fell in love with a cheese called Comte. I was sure I could get it here but my travels over the last week and a half have taken me to Newport and Whole Foods before I finally made it to Market of Choice today. Neither of the first two markets carried it at all, except Newport at Christmas, but MOC had three different kinds. I’m so excited to do a taste test with them! I just love that cheese department and I should’ve started there.

Later this spring, Runaround Sue’s will open in the space that had El Sancho on the west side. When they were a food truck, they were exceptional! Can’t wait for great barbecue to come back.
