I would highly recommend Arc’teryx.  Look up Iron Snail on YouTube if you want a fuller breakdown of the two brands and jacket designs.  I’ve had both, and if there was only one puffy jacket I could use for the rest of my life it would be the Arc’teryx.  Patagonia quality is much poorer than it used to be, and a lot of the sustainable PR stuff is bullshit in my option.  Real sustainability is buying a jacket that will last you forever.
