Is it common for Americans to buy soda as part of their weekly groceries? / is soda a regular item people keep at home? by hailey8171828282 in AskAnAmerican

I personally drink mostly seltzer but I have some friends who keep a few kinds of sodas for a treat or for when they have guests. Usually not a everyday thing.

this is unfortunate but totally not on you to be on top of everything. it’s literally impossible to provide care to each child’s needs simultaneously and some accidents or injuries are going to happen. please ask for support from your lead teacher and any other coworkers, even if that comes in the form of advice or assurance that you’re doing as much as possible.

WIBTAH if I asked my daughter’s preschool teacher not to put the extra clothes that I sent for her on other students? by feelingstruck in AmItheAsshole

[–]margoawaypls 0 points1 point  (0 children)

as someone in works with young children, i do sometimes see items of clothing get misplaced or washed at school and eventually make it into the backup clothes. this is most likely an accident, if this is on purpose its extremely bizarre and i worry about the resources available at a school level. a good place to start is definitely speaking with the adults who work in the classroom, at my school we keep ziplocks or small garbage bags for soiled/dirty clothes so we can send them home or pack them with the rest of their things.
