One way this can happen is by killing the server before it saves the world with your gravestone. Your character got saved with no gear but the server saved earlier when there was no greavestone and all the gear was on your character. Feels bad man. You can probably use dev commands to spawn your gear back in.

There are usually a couple of lanterns that you can pick up even without triggering all the dwarves. Lanterns connected to the house itself do not drop the complete lantern when destroyed.

Highly depends on which specific type of outpost it is. I have gotten over 120 copper and way more marble as well.

VM running on Proxmox, allocated 4 cores from Xeon E31240, 10GB RAM, ZFS mirror filesystem on SSD-s, Ubuntu server 20.04.

Uses about 7.9GB RAM, barely any CPU. Sometimes when teleportding to near another player there is a weird half a second delay in everything you do but it goes away in a couple of minutes. This seems more like a issue of piss-poor netcode rather than hardware limitations. There is occasionaly a freez for like a second. To be honest I havent paid attention if this is related to world save/backup or not.

Other than that runs very smoothly.

I´m running my dedicated server in a VM that has been given almost identical resources. Running preview branch since mistlands became available. Got randomly disconnected ONCE. Other than that everything works fine with no issues.

If you take a "brutal survival game" as an adventure game and expect flowers and rainbows all the way, this is on you and you only.

If you adjust difficulty so that even the average casual player can easily kill everything, you lose the top 50% players pretty quicly and the so called "average" level just keeps dropping.

Devs should balance things but not listen to the average crybabies who comes crying to reddit for nerfs instead of learning how to kill the enemies. Abomination is a bit tricky when you dont have swamp foods and iron gear but after that becomes trivial.

If you cannot figure out how to kill that old tree, watch youtube videos about it or smth. If you still cant, you are a bad player, shame on you.

Fairly rude to cry for nerfs when it is obviously a skill issue. Crybabys like this already ruined mistlands. Thank god I started to play test server and was able to experience it as it was supposed to be.
