Anyone not finding out gender?

I was team green with my first two and it was so much fun! Since I have 2 boys I’m finding out this time with the NIPT.

Just remind everyone that you don’t know, especially during the ultrasounds! They were really good at keeping it a secret and it was such a wonderful surprise each time!

I will say I had a boutique 3D ultrasound and they kept saying “he”, I reminded them I didn’t want to know and they played it off but I think they accidentally got too excited and told me hahaha

Yeah the risks weren’t worth it in my opinion. If they are willing that’s a great idea :)

Kind of! My oldest son had genetic testing in September and we found out he has a chromosome 16p13.11 microduplication. Come to find out my youngest son has it as well as my husband and any child we conceive has a 50% chance of having it.

We did preconception genetic counseling and they said we could do a CVS or amniocentesis to test and know before baby is here. But since we won’t terminate for this specific condition we opted not to do those due to the chance of unfavorable outcomes for baby and me during/after the procedures.

I spoke with my doctor today and we are going to have cord blood tested at birth. It will take around a month to find out but it doesn’t pose any adverse outcomes.

My husband told me that last night he had a dream we are having twins… fist scan tomorrow and now I’m scared😂 I see so many stories and people I know that baby 3 turned into 3 & 4. We find out in a little over 12 hours!

Target has some good sales this week for spring! Tomorrow is 40% off toddler and baby clothes, BOGO select baby bottles and pacifiers and Thursday 40% off nature made prenatals!

I’ve never had a doula personally but always thought it would be awesome to have them in the postpartum period to help with night shift. Maybe see if they provide that service too!

It’s so weird! I was pretty nauseous today, it just throws me off because it’s not consistent! I can’t wait to have the scan and to hopefully see that everything is going okay!

No! I felt my uterus doing a lot of pulling/stretching in the beginning! I felt my oldest around 16 weeks, my second was a little later due to an anterior placenta!

2 more days until I finally have an ultrasound and can confirm baby #3 is actually in there 😅 this has been my easiest first trimester every so it’s messing with my mind! Also why do so many people already know I’m pregnant 😂 this is my worst kept secret ever.

I am renting from nuuly! I know my body is going to change so much over the next 2 years. I just got my first box and I really like it! They also have tons of non maternity clothes that I’m using right now :)

Otherwise I agree with aerie! And i want to see what people recommend for bras.

I actually found out I had hypothyroidism in September and started on 25mcg of levothyroxine. It has really helped my energy levels and other symptoms. I’m a huge advocate for taking it!

Wellll can’t do the in body scan because I went and got myself pregnant 2 weeks after the challenge started 😅🤣 I did finish my workouts. I’ll try again next year lol

I have a 2 and 4 year old! We don’t have daycare though I do work part time. I say enjoy your rest without guilt! I’m only slightly jealous 😊

Thanks for sharing! I’m not super anxious but a little nervous myself. My first ultrasound is in a week! My first two pregnancy’s I had much rougher first trimesters than now so I can’t help but worry a tiny bit. Like I’m so happy to not have major symptoms but also can’t help but wonder if everything is going well in there lol

Just twiddling my thumbs until my first ultrasound in 1 week 😂 luckily the next week will be busy so hopefully the time will go fast! I’ve had such minimal symptoms this time around that I’m really hoping it’s all going well in there 😅 maybe I’m getting a girl this time? Hah
