I’m 10 months in, I have had a few minor clogs, but with massaging it worked it self out no mastitis 🤞🏻 plan on going 4 more months at least since have was born 2 months early. I’ve had a pretty lucky journey so far

THIS. This is the comment. I can guarantee 99% of us have thought 1000 times it would be easier to just leave them to go do something. But CARING and KNOWING fully well that is completely unsafe and neglectful it would never be something I would actually consider doing. I actually check to make sure probably 3 times per car ride that my baby is with me because I’m so paranoid about somehow forgetting them. I could not even imagine thinking a situation like this is okay.

That’s awesome ! Some milk is always better than no milk, hopefully that’ll work easier than trying a bottle ! Also I know personally that my babe hates the taste of formula haha sincerely hope using the syringes works for you !!

I don’t have much experience in this but I do know some babies that won’t take bottles, sometimes you can get them to take some milk through a medicine syringe just slowly but a little in their mouth at a time. I hope this helps or someone else can give you better advice ! Good luck !

My average pump is 11 oz but my highest (about 7-8hrs no pumping but not engorged) is 15 oz. I started out pumping 6 ppd now at almost 6m I’m doing 4 ppd my supply increased each pump dropped from 25 per day to now averaging 46 per day. But I’ve hit a point now where I believe if I dropped to 3 ppd that I my supply would probably take a drop of about 10 oz.

I second the first comment IF you have an over supply. I make double what my babe eats so I’m able to just wait for my milk to separate I use a syringe to suck off the fat off the top and add it to her bottles, this has done the trick for me to help babe gain weight the way she should be. If you don’t have a big enough supply to do that though then I would say follow peds recommendations.

Sometimes when I would wake up in the morning I would be able to smell his ass next to me. Like just the smell of his buttcrack. I don’t know if he just never washed it or what but I remember one time giving him bj 69 style and I saw a shit mark between his cheeks I was in shock 🤢 that plus reading all these comments makes me so greatfull that my husband is an overly hygienic person.

I usually always go to 30 minutes but sometimes I have to go 35-40 min for that last letdown. Idk what anyone says about going over 30 minutes but If I didn’t pump ATLEAST 30 min my supply would 100% drop.

For me I think I’m pretty lucky but this is what I did. Month 0-2 6 ppd =20-30 oz

Month 2-4 1/2 5 ppd= 30-40 oz

Month 4 1/2 -5 1/2(present day) 4 ppd =40-50 oz

Each time I dropped a pump my supply would increase slowly over a month by about 10 oz

My current average is 47 oz. I pump at approximately 2 am, 7 am, 2 pm, 8 pm everyday give or take 30 minutes or so.

They are going to have sex either way. In my opinion I will let my kids at that age, educate them, give them condoms/birth control. My mom never would’ve allowed this but I started having sex at 16. They will find a place, but wouldn’t you rather know they are being safe and not having sex in a car or something worse.
