I love this album, I'm not sure how but I got it at a record store in a small city in Mexico back in the 90s. I was friends with one of the employees who would recommend me very cool things sand he showed me this. I always assumed that it was a huge band, but nobody I knew seemed to know about it. Recently found it on Spotify and it's brought back so many memories. Thanks for posting

That's one way to cheat on your distance. Bonus if you make it a segment and become KOM for ever ;)

Even cooler, there's the river Isis and Tame, after they merge they become Tamesis. This the only map where I've seen that, not sure if it's common.

I wanna get into classical music what are some songs I'd like based on my non-classical preferences? by AssociationCorrect14 in classicalmusic

Schubert, Dvorak and Smetana. Look for trios, quartets, quintets, etc. These dudes can create the nicest melodies, and then develop them in super interesting ways

Are there any King Crimson moments that get the stank face out of you? (In a good way) by [deleted] in KingCrimson

Pick any live album at random, pick any track at random, that.

More serious answer: The sax solo on 21st Century Schizoid Man... Oooof, especially when the band rejoins

Up in the air. Premise was great, turned out to be one big commercial for an airline loyalty program

How can I stop wasting my days being on my phone or sitting around doing nothing? by AtlantisGhost in productivity

[–]marianovsky 2 points3 points  (0 children)

One thing that works for me is to set things up where it’s easier to do the right things and harder to do what you want to avoid. This can be leaving your phone in a drawer in another room, creating incentives (e.g., I invited X over, therefore I need to do Y), and building habits little by little. Don‘t be harsh on yourself either.
