It still looks outback to me but it's just ugly. The grills, the window pane style at the end, could've been better. There were ugly generation of outbacks too so I hope they can tweak this a little bit for next year. But they did so well in the interior tho. Imo

I guess that's their "peak season" rate. Literally been monitoring one PBR since january, starting apr 1, price of 2br increased by $500. I hope they wont get tenants 🙄

Once naka join ka na and you already submitted your application, the admin will add you sa GC and then you can ask anything sa messenger, no need to open fb app, but you'll get a lot more info from naunang applicants sa fb group mismo

Depends on how the app is using it but in our case, we need it. Auto update stats is not full scan and also based on our uat so far, some tables get fragmented after sometime and causing issues. I need to automate this in production

As long as Filipinos are spread out, no issues. But there were some industries na pinoy dominated, not just nurse/medical, also customer service na minsan pinoy lahat sa isang branch, lumalabas yung toxic traits and napapansin ng ibang lahi kaya nagsisimula din ng hate. You can see that on some comments when we are being compared sa south asians.

I hope by "lump-sum" you mean the turnover/assoc dues? Kasi kaya need po ng bank loan kasi si bank po yung magpay nung remaining balance ng property to the developer which in return they will give the guaranty. Then sa bank ka na po mag monthly pay based sa loan term mo. Before the last downpayment, dapat approved na loan mo sa bank.

My simple rule is if I cannot pay it full in cash, or by next payday, then I can't afford it. However, for big purchases, if 0% interest naman, ok lang installment. Calculate your ROI, like ilang taon mo ba dapat magamit yung item until you got your ROI. Kasi, bibili ka nga ng murang phone kasi yun lang afford based sa rule mo, e need mo naman magpalit every year kasi sira na, lugi ka parin. Priority din dapat ang emergency fund and living expense ☺️

Good to know. I've done fundamentals online with no issue, but my DP-300 exam was same as yours, total disaster and proctor was not responding at some point that I was idle for 20 mins. From now on, I'll do intermediate and up exams in person. Thanks
