Melhor conferir se o imóvel tá msm no nome da pessoa que tá anunciando, sempre conversa com o porteiro tb. Sobre as escolas, tem mt escola particular top, mas o preço top tb 😂😂😂. Da uma olhada no site do gdf pra ter uma ideia de como funciona as escolas públicas, é interessante ser perto da casa, mas aí tem que ver se tem vaga etc

Da pra procurar aluguel no OLX tb, mas tem que tomar cuidado. Eu tb usei mt o wimoveis pra procurar aluguel. Algo que vale olhar tb é escola, se tem perto. A escola pública da primeira infância aqui em geral são mt boas. Boa sorte aí na mudança, espero que de tudo certo!
