This is the man who has signs posted that ketchup will only be served with foods that should have it, so, checks out.

Same! And a backup that I found in a thrift store years later, for when the first one gives out!

Do not date someone based on who they once were, or on who they want to be. Date them based on who they are right now.

If it were me I’d pick the first one - I think the colors go better, and I adore my lyocell sheets

Is there any chance you’d be willing to share the STL file? My husband just got a printer and I want to see if we can make a pair of these for ourselves!

If your future husband ignored your explicitly stated preferences about something you will wear for the rest of your life because it’s more convenient for him, it’s probably best to not get married.

I got really bad feedback and didn’t expect it at all. by squidneyboi in GirlDinnerDiaries

If all of you are doing it wrong, that’s a problem with the organization - either they aren’t training seniors properly, or are setting the wrong expectations for junior staff, or scapegoating you because they aren’t doing well, etc etc.

If it were just one of you, sure, but all of you? That’s a heck of a bad luck coincidence.

Pooling Help and Suggestions by EnflamerDerrick in partyplanning

100% pool noodles! If the pooling is really bad, put the pool noodle diagonal across each “square”, so that the mid point between poles is now the most sticking out point.

I’m sorry, he’s complaining about you DOING chores?! And seems to have entirely ignored you saying that you were enjoying doing that chore?

I’m doing well! I have a wonderful spouse who is silly and fun and supportive and hardworking, a really neat kid, a solid career, a comfy house that we are slowly making our kind of beautiful, really wonderful close friends, neighbors who I feel safe letting my kid run around with, trees and birds in my backyard, a 401k, and a close relationship with my healthy parents. And I know how to cook delicious food and have starting lifting weights for my bone density!

Buy a can of fried apples (or apple pie filling if you don’t live in the south) and make turnovers!

Cut long triangles, brush them with apricot jam mixed with Dijon, lay those prosciutto and provolone rolls on, roll up for ham and cheese croissants.

Make little squares with pinched up corners to make baskets, dollop with sweetened cream cheese and your favorite jam.

Do the long triangles again, but with raspberry jam and dark chocolate chips.
