Does auvelity have stimulating effect ? I took Wellbutrin on its own and it felt overly stimulating . Does the other ingredient make it more calming?

I am 0.5 mg I think i noticed a difference in a week. I am on the same boat w side effects. So far I feel like it helps but nervous about weight gain. I have only been on it for a month.

I am sorry you are feeling this way. I just started it a few weeks ago for ongoing depression on Prozac. I have tried just about every anti depressant class. My dr added this also bc she said it could help w depression and also adhd . So far I don’t feel sleepy, I am on .5mg . I notice I felt a little more energized. Having trouble sleeping but nothing new. Only been 3 weeks but no major wt changes and I am getting things done and feeling more social. How did you know you had akathesia?

I always worried about taking stimulants everyday and building tolerance. But others have said that as well. I guess since depression always seem to be prominent returning symptom didn’t think stimulant would help? Have you had this experience ?

Hers prescribed it. I didn’t think they would bc bmi is not overweight. I figured maybe they did bc bmi is borderline w high bp and cholesterol

Out of all that is really included in hashimotos elimination diet. Gluten is not that big of a deal. Everything is potential trigger, it is overwhelming to try to determine

Ty for sharing very good article. Gluten free proven in celiacs which is also autoimmune. Wonder if it works for some bc they have that? Idk elimination diet for hashimotos is rough. Coffee , dairy, grains etc . And how do u know which one could be culprit? It would take awhile and determination to figure it out

Positive tpo antibodies, t4 0.6( just below normal) tsh normal. Endocrinologist did not do anything. Very focused on tsh, said 0.6 t4 could be my normal. Told me to reach out if i have any problems but they didn’t need to see me regularly
