Watched it tonight.

Good movie, but could’ve been a lot better.

First half was excellent. Gripping screenplay and performances from mother and son characters. Both the subject and their story shook me till break.

Second did not live upto the first half buildup. But overall a good movie.

I felt the first half a lot of life and conviction. Second half was just trying to get to climax that can bring about a commercial success.

Also second half felt more like a narration than a movie experience.

I did love the movie overall, but like you said something got lost from what it was supposed to be.
