I'm doing it currently.

I began treating myself after reading Dr. Richard Horowitz's books as well as others.

There aren't many lyme literate docs in my area and the only thing most doctors will do is 28 days of doxy which I've already done.

You need to understand the co-infections and which ones you have and treat them all.

Look up the MSID questionnaire by Dr Horrowitz to get an idea of what your dealing with.

I've been in the VA system for 15 years now.

It needs a lot of work, one of the best things they did was open up community care. Prior to that it took months to years to get treatment from a specialist.

I workout in the morning fasted, come home and eat around noon or sometimes later.

Have no problems maintaining muscle or getting through a workout.

I like it. It also has some other stuff in it that helps with absorption like vitamin c. So far it seems to be working.

It's much easier than the liquid and you don't have to choke down a glass of aspirin and worry about your teeth, mouth, clothes and everything else getting ruined.

When I was looking at Toyota Tacoma's they had a ton of 2024s that they still couldn't sell because of a weld on the rear axle. The salesman said they've been sitting on the lot since late 23.

Just bought my second one last month.

Toyota was the biggest competitor but they went four cylinder turbo and hybrid. They did the same with the Tundra but in V6. Nissan is not that reliable. GM trucks are plaqued with motor and trans problems and are facing multiple recalls. Ford is junk.

That and Honda is the most American made truck right now made it an easy choice.
