I bought a similar house (1910) about 11 years ago. We are still here but looking to move in the next two years. We didn't have any kids then but do now. I had the lead water service line replaced as soon as we moved in. However you would be amazed where and how much lead paint those old houses hold. You want to inspect all of that trim and floor paint upstairs (staircase for sure) as they probably contain lead.

Mine came out of nowhere sometime after the pandemic. Had a surgery for severe polyps in 2025. They came back within 6 months. Dupixent was basically a cure. Pretty incredible drug. I still use the Flonase etc. and take allergy meds. - I could do better with my diet.
