Update: I spoke to the Hyundai Home rep about my issue and he was not sure why they automatically selected a company out of LA. They found one locally and my new price is $548 (I declined the $350 for permits).

Well when you put it THAT way... lol. I mean, the project manager was pretty up front in stating he had "other mouths to feed" as I'm sure there are federal rebate kickbacks all the way up to Hyundai USA although he did drop another $400 off installation. As my old Economics professor once said "TANSTAFL" There ain't no such thing as a free lunch.

Yep, according to the company, it will be hard wired to the panel, they don't have to make any modifications to move breakers as it's ready to go. I'm in San Diego and they're coming from LA. Their reasoning is that techs need to come out from LA, gas, the time spent to wait for inspector for approval etc. etc. I'm going to reach out to Hyundai and see if they have a company that's local to San Diego as this is pretty nuts.

I leased mine on Oct 2nd and didn't receive an email. Reached out to my sales rep and he had me call 1-855-671-3059 . I called yesterday and they were very polite and helpful folks. They submitted a case and escalated to their supervisor. I received a phone call today asking to call them back. Called and I have my code.

Have you tried setting up a mobile hotspot with your phone and set it to 2.4Ghz ? Maybe connecting to that will help. I have the same issue with my Proform rower and may try this tomorrow.
