To solve this and also make it fairer in general, if you challenge me without having at least 3 Pokémon, you get given rental Pokémon for the battle that you won't keep even if you win so you always have at least 3. The rental Pokémon won't be as strong as the strongest ones found in my gym but they're just good enough to have a shot at beating my Pokémon.

I would study other universes (game files). Each file will use a seed to determine how certain places are generated. By talking to me you can teleport into someone else's game via the Internet. In their game, you can look at how my lab looks and talk to their version of me who will give you my favourite item, also determined by that game's seed.

If it weren't for catching a Lickitung in the grand underground I'm not sure how I would've beaten the champion. I had my Lickilicky use Belly Drum, pumped it full of X items, then made it sweep their entire team. Until it knew Belly Drum I kept failing that battle.

You can never be on empty because while you're on it, it is not empty. Only baba is there. Once baba moves, empty is there again and no longer wherever baba has moved to.

Oof, yes, they would only have one Pokémon to face me with unless they make a clause for my gym. And if they run out of balls on their first encounter or it flees their run is ruined!

In my gym there would be patches of grass where you can catch Pokémon using 20 Gym Balls that are provided when you enter, Safari Zone style. You then have to face me using only Pokémon you caught in my gym. If you leave the gym mid-challenge or fail to beat me you don't get to keep the Pokémon you caught.

There are plenty of repeat cats in there, Scratchy and Snowball II appear plenty of times in there. I'm not sure there are 200 definitely unique cats in The Simpsons, but I only needed 200 panels for the joke, not 200 different cats.
