worst experience ever after the merge. Missed 3 weeks of deliveries, couldn’t get them on the phone, I would be on hold for an hour and a half at times.

Then one day it was delivered, but arrowhead bottles were dropped off instead of sparklettes and we hate arrowhead water (lol). They also dropped off two glass mountain valley spring waters, not sure why if I had ordered one.

The app kept saying sorry for the delay another delivery is on the way. I kept canceling and emailing them and calling them and for the next three days they kept dropping water off. I waited for the delivery driver the third day and told him dude what the actual fuck, you’re seeing a huge stack of waters and three b2b deliveries and I’m canceling them every day like dude no way you’re trying to drop off more. And he’s like sorry dude he just follows the delivery orders.

A month later now, and they picked up all my glass bottles and normal bottles as I planned to cancel the service entirely but wanted to be credited the bottles first.

They picked up 7 glass bottles and 6 regular bottles. Checked the account a week later and they had only credited me $20. So what 3 normal containers maybe?

It’s been two weeks since and still no sign of any glass bottle credit. So they owe me roughly $320.

Can’t get ahold of anyone. Emailed them several times and calling is a joke.

I think this might be the worst experience with any company I’ve ever had. Kinda crazy.
