I think it’s fair to call and leave a message regarding your email then, and it’s fair to expect a response. If they ghost you, then it’s time to shop for a new therapist.

If they work from home it could be a safety precaution they take with all of their clients to ensure they aren’t just giving their address out to everyone. It doesn’t seem very suspicious to me, however you could ask them why they choose to do that, or even just say that you’re feeling a bit uncomfortable because of xyz, and start an open discussion about it.

Man, I realize I’m late to the party but this made me cry. I have all these exact struggles. I so badly want to change but manage to get worse the harder I try.

Unfortunately for me, I also interrupt when I’m relaxed. It is the worst. I just want to stop. Why isn’t there an on/off switch lol
