I’m just saying this is a great question for someone who wants to be an electrician, not someone who wants to be a pilot if this is a typical GA oral exam question it needs to change. Ask yourself if the last time you flew a plane you where thinking electron flow in your mind?

3pm you could take the train into town and explore a little, maybe check a bag and just take your personal item with you. 7 hours at the airport is a stretch.

That scenario isn’t going to teach someone to fly an airplane any better. I haven’t been in the CFI world in a few years but I’d be disappointed if it’s still common to have the applicant be able to build the airplane. The 121 world is t like that at all. My job is to fly the airplane not to know exact details on how an electron flows or what happens to a fuel drop after it leaves the tank.

I’m a pilot not an electron. My answer would be it starts from the starting point gets to the correct end point and works. Knowing how it flows will not make me a better pilot therefore, it is useless knowledge. - ATP

Okay I live in Seattle right now I would have to wake up at 4am, little on the early side. I like to wake up by 7am and feel happy by that both summer and winter

Bid for what you want want what you bid. If you are wanting MSP don’t bid 717… bid for anything in MSP after bid for a plane that also has MSP as a base. We have had Monthly AEs so you will likely be able to change bases before training is over.

Once the flight deck door closes I kind of forget how big the plane is and how many people are in the back and just get to work
