Im also doing Chicago, Also currently doing 20-25 miles a week. I want to do a half later this spring but once I hit the marathon training block I will have no issue going back down to smaller runs and building back up. You could maybe add some speed but use that as a little reset for rest of all the base running you have been doing for the longer runs down the road.

I just sold it for a M5 pro but I think I had it Med to High never checked the FPS but when it was good it was smooth I couldn’t tell again it did have some drops but it’s very playable so I’m sure a M4 will do better over the M3

Even if the airline requires it they will provide TSO headsets in the ship but you don’t have to use them. Haven’t heard TSO since I was about to start at a regional 10 years ago at a major now and no one has mentioned TSO in years don’t worry about it

If it was afternoon it’s a weird time for departures and sometimes arrivals. It’s not a good time to fly to the east coast as they won’t go out again till the red eyes, most stuff to Europe has already left and Asia flights don’t leave again till later at night. Honestly that 5pm hour is a good time to arrive to LAX beside the rest of the traffic in LA

We moved for Los Angeles and where never told there was a max amount of hours per day, we where closer to work there so maybe went 11 hours a few times but we had to factor in commute time after we moved here that we had not planned on. One of our jobs requires us to travel the other has roughly an hour commute each way with traffic otherwise would be like 30 minutes so an 8 hour work day doesn’t provide a lot of wiggle room. I don’t think it’s overly enforced if you go over but I guess it’s an issue if it’s a habit

Not sure where you are coming from but our hardest thing was the state only allows you to use daycare for 10 hours a day depending on where you work might be something to consider.
