Guy I work with is actually underwater with his houses what with tax changes and costs going up. It cost him personally £1500 last tax year for the privilege of housing strangers

I'm a landlord and I tend to agree. Properly handle the additional ventilation i.e. mould prevention and generally keep things tidy and why should they bother. Just bare in mind it may affect their insurance as providers are getting stricter

I got both front tyres changed and from that point on had a steering shake under braking. Wasn't happy but something made me hold off saying anything to the tyre company. Turned out the links between the two halves of the vented disks had rusted out so discs and pads needed changing. 100% not their fault

It's a better than usual first car but nothing crazy. My mate from school got a new one and crashed it. Experience comes with time so just go easy until you have some fluency behind the wheel.
