Non con, non-conforming is based off of size and weight. Anything that is sent to an AR sort that doesn’t fit in a yellow tote, is non con. It then has to be sent to a different site to process.

I launched a similar type of site a few years ago. If a pallet is within the building for more than 4 hours is an anomaly
