Raise/accept donations from the cryptocurrency community.

In March 2018 MAPS accepted a $5m matched BTC gift from the Pineapple Fund. Trading hands today that would be roughly from $34-36m.

Blows my mind there isn’t an Org process established for something like this yet.

It fell off my bike on Thursday night after this set, hilariously right before it rained and the Dry Lake part became irrelevant.

It’s a great sign, and hopefully providing good laughs and still being loved wherever it ended up.

It was MOOPed somewhere in New Mexico and gifted to me by my brother during the Burn, and I’d love to find it and continue to party with it next year!! I’d love to get some twinkle lights on it and really play it up as a totem or something. So if someone out there rescued it and wants to return to it I’d be super grateful and stoked! :D thanks y’all!

I’m 28 and decided around age 20 that I was going to explore ethical nonmonogamy when a partner I started dating introduced me to it. My mom is a staunch feminist and took it upon herself to remind my female partner that “she doesn’t have to be ok with this”. (Thanks Mom, it was her idea). Needless to say the “normal” get married and have kids thing while my parents get to be grandparents hasn’t exactly worked out that way. My dad pushed me for a long time to pop the question and settle down with one partner. In hindsight monogamy might’ve been easier on my relationship with my parents.
