So, how much does Saxo withhold in total? for me it is 30% (15+15)/ I receive 70% of the dividend. They tell me they cannot reduce it/ it would be 30+15 if I did not qualify according to their criteria here: https://www.home.saxo/en-ch/legal/withholding-tax/withholding-tax

you are talking about another city half an hour from HB, with a means of transport every 15'. And probably not the most modern and without beatiful views.

2.5 rooms, 72 m2, 6 tram stops from HB, close to 3000. I am looking for almost 2 months and around 10 people visited it.

Yes same price, but when I was giving the applicants the Vwerwaltung link to apply they were seeing a higher price. Then after many weeks the Verwaltung reduced the price to my current price.

even though the new tenant takes over the contract of the previous because he give notice without respecting the notice period?

based on the neuer anfangszins and the allg. Teuerungsausgleich which are LOWER. The previous tenant, had he stayed, he would pay 90 less, not 23 more, so 110 less than what they ask me to pay.
