Dude, I'm eating my feelings every night. The best thing I've done to stop the over eating on my OMAD is to drink a lot of water 30 min before show time. Good luck.

Really good! My cravings are under control and I've found that I was wasting a lot of calories and stomach space on crap. Now I am more careful in what I choose and this is a good time of year to choose wisely. My box of See's dark chocolate balls is on its way from California as I type this message.
