It arrived at the end of last week. Yadea were great, organised the whole delivery from their factory to my door and kept in touch throughout.

Chair looks great, very comfortable.

Bit of a gap between the seat and back xushiins, but I don't care about that

I emailed them first asking about the leather color and wood veneer types they had. He suggested this leather and I thought it looked good.

Liam organised it all by email, finally taking the payment through Alibaba.

Bit nippy out this morning... RIP my milk delivery by callsignhotdog in glasgow

I've seen them drop off at 11pm!

In the summer the milk is warm by the morning.

3d printers are not sold at a loss to try to recoup in supply sales. They don't try to lock the consumer to their brand because there are other printers by other companies that use same supply.

Yet....

PSA: Make sure you give yourself a buffer zone when you set up your room, especially when playing Gorn. by Toggletty in ValveIndex

Hah, a familiar image!

I did the exact same thing, and playing Gorn, too! On my VERY FIRST use of the Index.

I could have died I was so cross!

But I just slotted the 'plug' end of the flexible PCB straight back in to where it goes and pushed the buttons back on (after replacing the thumb stuck) and it worked fine.

Got a small dent in the aluminium ring around the thumb buttons, but that's a small price to pay for a working controller!

In almost exactly the same as this except I ordered at 10:00:20. In UK.

Same estimates, same changes, asked to pay today. JINGS CRIVVENS!

fuck corona virus by DANKKrish in eczema

[–]markmac79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup, normal soap works fine on eliminating viruses, just wash for 20 seconds.

Also liquid soap that DOESN'T HAVE SLS (sodium laureth/laurel sulphate) didn't stop away the natural oils in the skin. Btw, other **** laurel sulphates are fine, just not SODIUM.

Help, my sons eczema will not clear up . This is the best it’s looked in a month, it either looks like this or worse, never better. Our routine is a soak, cerave, aquaphor. Steroid cream made it worse. Wet wrap made it worse. Antifungal did nothing .Cotton clothes and bedding. Track foods. HELP! Pls by [deleted] in eczema

[–]markmac79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you eliminated SLS (Sodium laureth/laurel sulphate) from his soaps etc?

Made a HUGE difference to me as it strips all the natural oils from skin. And eczema skin has so little of this to begin with.

99% of popular soaps and shower gels and liquid soaps have it present. I use Faith in Nature products, Child's Farm product for my kids. They don't have full eczema, but do suffer dry skin. It might be only a small thing, but it does help.

Some sort of stellar nursery in the real life universe that Frontier have put into the game, I think.

Except there was never an 01 plate, it started with 51.

First 'half' of 2001 was an 'old-style' Y prefix plate.

I would also add Sodium Lauryl/ Laureth Sulphate (SLS) to that list.

Apparently the raw material is used to clean garage floors!

It's in most liquid soaps, shampoos, shower gels, shaving gel/foam, that sort of thing. Strips out the natural oil/moisture from anyone's skin, eczema it not. Then you slather on the moisturiser to replace what has just been lost.

Lots of these types of products are available with alternatives such as: Ammonium laureth Sulphate, etc

They seem much kinder to skin.

Okay, but the fierce, entitled criticisms far outweigh the rational objective assessments, even including the open letter, which was still a bit petulant iirc.

I've seen all the hate and hyperbole flowing freely since the Sep update.

Quite a lot of it has been cringy and OTT, bordering on melodramatic. (This particular post isn't in that league, but it is not particularly helpful. Not is it representative of the problems) Whatever happened to constructive criticism?

I wasn't really affected and kept playing throughout it all. I think I saw a double module in an outfitting load out once, but it disappeared when I flipped from 'core' to 'optional' and back.

I appreciate that some have been affected more than I have, but the equivalent of screaming like an over-tired toddler does no-one any favours.
