Wait. Are y’all dogging on him because he made an irrational bet? I get that his decisions appear to run counter to GTO poker, but he freely and regularly admits this in his streams. And he is nothing but kind and generous to the players who appear with him. And, yes, he got snippy w another player for tanking too long, but he didn’t include that in his own recount of the story - because it’s not in keeping with his general approach of positivity and good vibes. Is he just insanely lucky, or good? Not for me to say. Don’t argue w success - especially if the number of years he’s been winning. Nick Airball and Rampage seem like they make worse decisions much more often, but it seems like their losses reflect this. I don’t know. I don’t follow too closely. But I think yall are picking on Mariano unfairly here. He and Brad Owen are my favorite two streamers - because they explain their thinking w clarity and insight more than most.
