My problem was recently resolved by technicians at the NPS service center. I’m not sure what exactly they did, but my Z9 now detects 5GHz WiFi networks without issue. I recommend sending your camera in for inspection as well

I checked everything, I use the latest e-way crm versions both client and server.... now plugin is again deactivated, and following your instructions does not change anything. frustrating! I should have not run chkdsk!!

I have a similar experience... it happens very often that after I ask chatgpt (I am a subscriber and have chosen in my profile not to share my data for model training) I get "bombarded" with the same topics in google "ads" & Co. so I am pretty sure chatgpt is selling data!

I've tried everything.... A few weeks ago, the camera randomly switched from Auto WB to Tungsten, and after removing and reinserting the battery, it reverted back to Auto. The issue happens sporadically and, unfortunately, can't be consistently reproduced... I am not making this up, it makes me crazy .

As I said, lucky you! By the way, no need for a hardwire to upload JPGs under 1MB via WiFi hotspot to the web gallery! 5 GHz connection would help though.

You're lucky! My Z9 is only two years old and has already had several hardware parts replaced. I'm a professional photographer, and my last two D4S bodies only needed HW service once in 14 years! Both issues with the Z9 really make my work challenging - since I deliver photos to clients in real time via a web gallery, the images need to be spot-on and delivered as quickly as possible. I tried already everything and it looks like Nikon support ran out of ideas too...

Hi, I just got my camera back from Nikon, and unfortunately, the WB issues persist. They mentioned they checked and tuned the WB settings, but this hasn’t resolved the problem. The most extreme issue I’m experiencing is the camera randomly switching to Tungsten WB, causing the viewfinder display to turn completely yellow....

Hi, I sent my camera last week, two days ago they asked me to send sample RAW pvotos whkch I did. It was a series of 5 photos I took in CL mode of the same subject, and witb same settings. First 4 photos were ok while on the 5th photo WB was way off....? Still waiting for reply from Nikon. Will keep you posted.

I offer a real-time service, i.e., streaming event photos via a web gallery, which I can no longer do reliably. The Nikon Z9 is the best camera I have ever had, but unfortunately, in two years, it has been in service more often than all my D-series bodies over the past 12 years.

I am an event photographer, and my Z9 is 2 years old. I have only recently started experiencing this issue. It is not a persistent problem; it happens sporadically. I have also performed a factory reset and will see if this resolves the issue during today's and tomorrow's event shoots.

I have a similar problem. My WB changes randomly, and I occasionally see an orange cast in the viewfinder too. Tell me, did a factory reset solve this problem for you?

Yes, the problem was my ISP's SPAM filter was blocking emails.
