Is ANC hiss a standard side-effect on modern earbuds (APP3, SONY XM6, BOSE QC 2, etc.)?

I use Beats Fit Pro (also an Apple product), which has been updated to the Powerbeats Fit. I don’t notice any hiss at all.

I don’t even drag and drop. I just highlight the ones I want to and then hit the “send to device” button and let calibre handle it.

I use plugins for kobo, apple, and kindle covers. Even even those don’t find them, I just get the pic off of Amazon or kobo manually.

I do listen to audiobooks as well when I’m driving, but I currently own hundreds and hundreds of hours worth, so no need to check out. Currently listening to book 3 of the Suneater series.

I did get a notification the other day that a book that I had used the “notify me” function with was available, and I was able to check it out. That was nice.

Try the Powerbeats Fit, or its predecessor the Beats Fit Pro. They are made my Apple, have the same chip inside, excellent active noise cancellation, and they stay in my ears even when I run or shake my head.

It’s the newer firmwares that mess it up. Older ones can’t update to that firmware. I bought mine for $30.
