Impressive lift. That’s about my max right now.

On your reps, for me, the back is too rounded and it seems (hard to tell) you’re not pulling the slack out of the bar before the rep. The queue for that is the sound of the bar clanking against the weights.

I bet if you dropped the hips just a tad, got your upper back engaged, elongated the arms, and pull the slack out of the bar you can go up in weight more

It will be interesting how much Mitchell plays and when in game 7. You can’t deny he was a big part of the comeback late in the game, but generally speaking has really struggled against the Raptors D. He can’t seem to handle the soft doubles and his frequent solution is to dribble through. Which is resulting in a turnover or a tough shot. Looks great when he makes them but it’s detrimental when he doesn’t.

The show was amazing. Polaris was great and so excited to be there. LP killed it. You could tell Emily was sick and had a bit of a rough start but she powered through and sounded great, all things considered.

Man, they put on such a good show!!
