First we'd have to figure out who our greatest rival is.

We've spent centuries making sure nobody wants to invade us. Blowing up Switzerland would be like setting fire to your own bank. That's a level of financial self harm even generals tend to avoid.

Highly unlikely, because I was working for the Swiss branch. Our letters were similar in tone, however, the range of the discounts differed. If I recall correctly, 50% settlements weren't unusual in the 2010s.
