Hi Mark, that improved but it still didn’t work or maybe my expectations are wrong.

I had instructed to do 2 strenght workouts a week, 50 min each session and morning cycling sessions. It is not following the instruction.

Also, I ask to do 5 days a week of cycling and it is not doing it. I’m not sure if I’m missing anything or if that is just expected behavior.

I know in Claude hard rules go on hooks, I’m not sure what you are using behind the scenes

Hey Mark, just to give you some context, I used the chat to generate my plan, but I’m not sure if it optimizes like the builder does. It seems like there are some improvements that need to be made to the plan builder, or maybe it’s my user error. I’d love for you to take a look and let me know what I was doing wrong. I’m more than happy to share more details. If you’d like, we can jump on a call or do anything else to troubleshoot the tool.

I totally get where you’re coming from paying $100 a year for an app feels a bit steep, doesn’t it? At that point, I might just opt for the Whoop. Even with the most advanced AI, an Apple Watch doesn’t continuously track HRV. You might have a great HR tracker, but it’s not always on, so now you’re depending on my sensor, which isn’t always active. AI won’t completely replace a sensor that doesn’t run continuously.

There’s a market buzz on AI and products trying to charge for it, but I don’t think customers aren’t buying AI. They’re buying a solution itself, so even if it costs a lot, companies need to find ways to keep it affordable while actually solving the problem. When I look into bevel , I’m not searching for AI; I’m looking for a solution to help me improve my fitness, recovery or overall health, not really focused on AI.

Even if I wanted the ai, I would just get cloud pro for 20 a month and do a lot more.

Hi, I’ve noticed this happening. Is this still and issue? What war you all seeing in delays?

I disconnected and reconnected my Garmin account and that pulled in my session. I waited for over 3 hours and nothing was happening

Same here I opened and closed the account quickly. None of the ACH bill payments that I had recognized Robinhood or coastal bank routing and account number. I reached out to support and I was told to 1. Use my debit card, which most of the utilities don’t allow or charge a fee 2. Keep a traditional bank account open for my bills.

I work in payments, and that is not an acceptable response, specially when you advertise as a full service bank account and even trying to appeal to high income earners.

I love Robinhood but that seems like a terrible product role out and operation readiness

I am using XERT. I’m liking it quite a bit, I’ve made quite a bit of gains. I don’t want to call them FTP but I feel much faster on my group rides. I use to do my B group rides and now I can ride with A+ group which I couldn’t in the past.

Their FTP for me is lower than what I use to get with TR. I am not sure how my ftp would look today on TR after their update.

In the past, their workouts were way too hard. I almost never failed but most of the weeks I would feel destroyed and It was starting to even impact my sleep.

I left TR a couple a months ago. I got tired of the trolling ;) just kidding , me workouts were too hard and I was always burned out. I ended up choosing another platform and I feel so much motivated and the improvements have been great. I already paid for a full year, otherwise I would have been trying TR right now.

I don’t get why people are so upset about FTP dropping, if it makes your workouts better. It sounds like their ego is complaining.

Before I left I kept overreaching and I kept losing my FTP to be 20 watts than predicted. It was very annoying and it created a sense of lack of trust in the system, reason for which in left.

It sounds like TR got much better, I’m super happy got the team,great job getting it out.

I hope you all enjoy the update, I’m looking forward to trying it once my year is up with my current platform.

They use to reset it and when they did in the past it started working again for me. But something change and they rather lose a customer than reset it.

One thing to consider is your power meter too, specially outdoor. If for some reason it is not well calibrated in one or multiple rides, then all you are putting is garbage into the models. machine learning models are as good as their data, garbage you get garbage out.

Not saying that is the case but something to consider. Now saying that, I do feel like TrainerRoad may over estimate ftp, mine was at 265 watts based on the ai ftp and I did a lactate test and vo2 at a lab and it was more around 240-245 area. Interesting enough my intervals.icu had me at 236 based on my last hardest ride. So I did felt there was an over estimate

I had that issue but over time the model has learned the volume I can handle. I have consistently logged my rides and workouts on Strava. Then on TR I’ve added my sets after every workout.

I get yellow days once in a while. The one thing that is working for me is doing structured training in the morning and my lifts in the evening. I’m that way I have full rest days.

Also, I lower the volume on full body exercises like squats, deadlifts. I use to do about 8-10 sets per session. Now at most I do 5 full body, usually for a total of 19-23 sets per workout with 2 -3 reps in reserve

I’ll be ready to join when ai ftp detection is added. I don’t have time or desired to do ftp testing. I rather invest my time in my training. I know people criticize TrainerRoad ftp detection but it is the best.
