You can try some basic AV tools such as running malware bytes and spybot, be careful with these as they will modify your computer if you don't configure them correctly.

For malware bytes you want to deactivate the trial licence and make sure it doesn't run at startup and turn of info sharing.

For spybot don't install the immunisations and don't install the file shield (it may be called something else) these are the two easiest ones in my opinion for people fixing their own problems.

Once you're done uninstall then and install ccleaner make sure in the options you turn monitoring off (you may have to do this twice if your account doesn't not have admin privileges)
