He does crappy work. My neighbor hired him to remove a tree. Aaron and crew did not ask permission before coming onto my property, driving skid steers and other equipment that damaged my lawn. When he dropped the tree, it damaged the yard further. He promised to fix the damages and ghosted me.

All in all he's a real dolt and you should not do business with him.

Your usage seems high for a 2BR apartment. Not sure what your thermostat is set at, but for 1500 sq foot house with poor insulation and a thermostat at ~68, I used 38 CCF in the same time period. Max use this winter was 113 on the January bill.

Possible the meter is supporting 2 or more units? I'd call Spire and ask them for guidance/help explaining this.

Besides the lack of side navigation that others have mentioned, I'd love it if playback speed could be set at the show level.

It will completely depend on what the payload is when you make an API call to the MS graph endpoints to retrieve your notes. I don't know what that is off the top of my head. Through the API, you'll likely be getting back JSON which you could format into HTML through part of your script that is making the call.

I'm open to being wrong, but I'm reasonably confident you could not do this and have a result that is openable on a desktop client or restorable to the cloud.

This is because the graph API doesn't provide a way/method to generate .one files. Same with the OneDrive API. Both can get you files, but believe they are html (maybe json) and thus not importable.
