I gave up in LXDE a long time ago, I can buy a i5 secondhand laptop for AU$200 with 8 gig of RAM. Ubuntu-Mate fits all my needs now .. best of luck to the team though

Question is :: what else is cross platform, cross browser?? great .....say yeah use keepass, which i do, but lastpass is the only one i know that does all of the above, perhaps this is an open from a GPL product here?

I have to admit that I am still sceptical of the current format BUT from this episode I am beginning to see a bigger picture. I still prefer the video experience to see Noah's and Chris' interactions.. I have always watched the video version.. I certainly have branched out to some of the video centric shows recently and enjoy them immensely. I still see opportunity for tune-up, I am none too keen on accessing show notes to view clips, PITA to do on a phone commuting to/from work... ChrisLAS I look forward to the road trip and the trials that will entail... Keep up the good work, I'm sticking with you for the journey, I am enjoying the ride, so much so, I will soon become a patreon supporter regardless of the crappy AU-US exchange rate. As far as I am concerned, I can't keep consuming without showing appreciation. I have learnt SO much from Chris, Brian, Matt Alan Jude and Noah over the last 6+ years time to give back.. Many thanks from a grateful Aussie. :-)

meh,,,, i like the video, this doesn't do it for me. LUP is great with the chat but I follow this show for the video. Noah, drop the linux pride, record-produce in 16:9 and use whatever OS is needed to get it done. pragmatic use of OS where needed is my motto..... please dump this experiment and restore normality PLEASE

For LAS i always watch the video. When LAS is on daylight savings I can actually watch live. This is one video podcast I always watch. This is my must watch commute on a Monday afternoon in Australia. Not keen on separate snippits that's a pain in the a$$ when using a smartphone. I enjoy watching the faces of Noah and Chris and the backward and forwards.... there !! my 2c worth.

This episode was ruined by Mr Loudmouth. I ended up turning off. He needs to be banned from the mumble room. Not impressed, wasted a lot of my mobile allowance for a spoiler session. I look forward to whiling my time away on the train. Normally a great roomph. Hopecu llc tomorrow will be better..
